2. Pre-release information

Meme Royale is in active development. Artwork, characters, features, currencies, release plans and availability may change. Website material is not a promise that a feature or release date will occur.

3. Intellectual property

The Meme Royale name, original crest, artwork, characters, website design and original game material belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, sell, impersonate, scrape or commercially exploit them without permission. Third-party names and cultural references remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attack or disrupt the website, bypass security, upload malicious material, impersonate others, automate abusive requests, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully.

5. External services

The website may link to community platforms or service providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

6. Availability and liability
