This policy is written for the current pre-launch website. It must be updated before public game accounts, analytics, advertising or payments are enabled.

Meme Royale is the game and website available at memeroyale.uk. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of Meme Royale.

2. Information we collect

On the pre-launch website, we may collect an email address when you voluntarily join the launch list, along with basic technical information automatically sent by your browser such as device type, browser type and approximate region.

3. Why we use it

We use information to provide requested updates, operate and secure the website, understand whether it works correctly, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Lawful basis

Where UK data-protection law applies, launch emails are sent with your consent. Essential security and service operation rely on our legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Service providers and international transfers

Hosting, email delivery, analytics and future game services may be provided by trusted technology partners. Some may process information outside the UK. Appropriate safeguards will be used where required.
